The IPRIS Online interface

The IPRIS online interface is the primary channel for client renewal instructions to the IPRIS team.

This is username and password protected, and housed in secure data management facilities. Clients carry out a simple login and click through in order to instruct IPRIS. The client portfolio data listed can only be edited by IPRIS and the process of a client ordering renewals through the online system has multiple checks in place to eliminate errors.  

Simple portfolio overview

Filter your portfolio by a variety of options including:

  • Country, Family and IP Type
  • Due date and individual case view
  • Family view

Simply sort the columns by clicking on the column header.

Add details

You can add a note against any individual case and view these at any time.

Data forecasting

Future Renewal Costs

You can see renewal costs for up to the next five years by selecting the 5 year forecast view.

Download your Data

Export the data in your chosen view to Excel, simply at the click of a button.

Customisable settings

Flexible notifications

You can choose when you would like to receive email notifications on upcoming renewals, and whether you would like to receive these in a single email or be notified per family.

Extra data view

View more data by selecting additional columns.

Straightforward Renewals

You can choose to have your whole portfolio or individual cases on automatic renewal. This means you do not have to issue instructions, but you can still see upcoming renewals.

Renew on demand

For renew on demand cases, issue instructions by selecting an option from the drop-down menus.

Flexible invoicing

You can either invoice per family or per order.

Arrange purchase orders

Either choose to use a default purchase order number or no purchase order number. You can

  • enter multiple purchase numbers
  • on the order page.

Clearly displayed fees

You can view the costs of using the grace period for your renewals.
